APS5 Project Support Officer

Hudson is currently assisting a Federal Government Agency in sourcing a suitable candidate with experience supporting projects and undertaking broad administration duties.

The successful candidate will work in a branch that is responsible for the evaluation of medical devices and monitoring them through their lifecycle to ensure they continue to meet quality, safety and performance requirements.

Your key duties include:

  • Project reporting and meetings
  • Assist with the collation of project scope documentation
  • Coordinate detailed project plans as well as risk and issues documentation
  • Maintaining up to date project schedules
  • Organise meetings and workshops
  • Records management duties

To be successful for short listing, it is essential that you have:

  • Experience in broad administration within the APS, ideally in a project area
  • Strong problem solving techniques & coordination skills to achieve desired outcomes with tight deadlines
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory
