Seeking an enthusiastic and professional Campus Officer to be the first point of contact for our leading Registered Training Organisation.  You will ensure the smooth running of the reception and office area and will provide a high level of customer service to all clients face to face and over the phone.  The role will also include coordinating the effective operation and completion of enrolments for students, and undertaking a range of student support and administrative activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Efficiently support all student training needs face to face and over the telephone.
  • Issue and send out welcome packs and technological devices to students.
  • Effectively organise and manage rooms for courses.
  • Accurately maintain student records and training resources.
  • Coordinate and accurately input all student enrolment data.
  • Liaise with accounts receivable in ensuring student payments are paid on enrolment and on time.
  • Effectively organise and manage rooms for courses.
  • Coordinate all local and inter-state induction requirements for all student programs.
  • Provide student support to students including assisting and coaching students with on-line learning needs, resume review, interview preparation and pathways to University.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients to source work placement opportunities for students requiring additional support in obtaining work placements.
  • Responsible for contacting students to gain feedback on the progress of their studies.
  • Coordinate training information and process course bookings.
  • Filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, emailing, banking and mail dispatch.
  • Responsible for putting together contracts for clients on behalf of the sales team.
  • Ad hoc office support duties.
  • Provide efficient support to managers and trainers as required including taking meeting notes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent customer service, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up to 2 years plus experience in a Receptionist and/or Administrative role.
  • Experience working with and alongside students and trainers (Desired).
  • Ability to maintain and develop positive business relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM and student management systems would be ideal.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and be a team player in a dynamic and continuously changing environment.
