The Role...

We are looking for an experienced receptionist who is capable of handling a busy switchboard and who thrives taking on extra responsibility. The role will involve working with diverse range of people from Trades to CEO's. You will be the first point of call for the business and take on extra office management and customer support duties including:

  • Responding to incoming phone calls, emails and direct as necessary
  • Organising appointments and preparing for clients and visitors
  • Managing orders including stationary and office equipment
  • Manage maintenance schedules for some of the equipment
  • Extra administration work including basic accounts

Your hours will be from Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm, with a great salary given to the successful candidate to match the role on offer.

You will need…

  • Receptionist Experience
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • To be reliable, presentable, well spoken
