Our team, who manage over 50,000 relationship groups have a number of opportunities for talented people looking for part-time or full-time work who are great in connecting with people, who enjoy working with numbers and love supporting customers through life’s big decisions.

The primary purpose of the role:

  • Providing a high level of customer service and advice to our new and existing business customers
  • Identifying and converting sales and cross sell opportunities to colleagues
  • Supporting the management of our Small Business Central Sales lending and deposits portfolio
  • Working collaboratively in a centralised team with like minded colleagues

  • Outstanding customer service skills with genuine interest to help customers
  • Strong communication skills will include your ability to listen to our customers and recommend the right solution for their needs
  • A passion for not only our business, but also helping our customers achieve their goals
  • Previous exposure to or knowledge of lending will accelerate the speed of your learning
