  • This business is a leading manufacturer of commercial chemicals offering their own branded product, private label and contract manufacturing solutions. They service a range of markets including industrial, education, aged care & hospitals and hospitality.
  • The product range is extensive and is always evolving due to a strong focus on innovation. The team of in-house Chemists have recently developed a new range of biological, eco-friendly products that are unlike anything else available in Australia and are about to take the market by storm.
  • The business has grown by 15-20% in recent years and has undergone a number of positive changes to increase and improve manufacturing efficiencies and overall profitability. This growth is expected to continue, allowing for genuine career development.

The impact you’ll make

  • This role will position you as 2IC to the National Sales & Marketing Manager and you will play a key role in the new direction of the sales division.
  • This is an autonomous, field based sales role that will see you working closely with distributors and helping them to get market traction by calling on end users.
  • The territory is Southside Brisbane and has approximately 70 existing distributors as active accounts.
  • This is an autonomous role and you will be predominantly in the field with customers and in the office (located North Brisbane) about once a week.
  • The business invests in the professional development of it’s people and encourages staff to undertake relevant courses to further their skills.
  • With success in the role, will come opportunities to progress. There is scope to take on a people leadership role as the team continues to grow.

The experience you’ll bring

  • 2+ years sales experience in a  territory sales role. 
  • Experience calling on hospitality accounts / a network in this sector.
  • Hungry, can-do attitude, proactive, well-planned.

This role comes with a base salary, car allowance and bonus. The interviews will be taking place relatively soon so apply now.
