Our Client

Our client is an International based company which focus on concrete protection and waterproofing systems. They are a leader manufacturer of innovative building products that are used worldwide.

The position

As a Territory Manager (based in Sydney) you will be responsible for achieving business growth by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, review emerging markets, build fresh market ideas and thrusts, identifying new prospective business hubs and evaluate business opportunities for new ventures.

You will also be responsible for the increase in brand awareness to bring in new customers and expand the customer base in the concrete waterproofing durability, and repair protection industry within NSW.

Ideally the successful applicant will come from the construction industry, with an extensive list of contacts. However, should your experience come from a different industry, this too is acceptable providing you have a fearless attitude and eagerness to hit the ground running.

The successful applicant will possess:

• B2B sales experience in the building and construction industry (ideally), by accurately identifying client needs and challenges
• Aggressive “Hunter” mentality
• Strong sales-closing skills and motivated by sales KPIs, with demonstrated ability to cold-canvas and source sales
• Experience in researching, writing and preparing sales strategies and market research.
• A construction white card (or the ability to obtain),
• Experience with networking and public speaking with confidence and professionalism and have EXCELLENT communication skills
• Contacts within the building and construction industry – highly desirable
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience
