Gold Coast Hand Therapy is an established hand therapy practice based on the Gold Coast, with a 4th clinic based in Ballina.  The Ballina clinic has recently moved into new premises with a visiting plastic and reconstructive surgeon.  

The administration position will be split between the specialist surgeon and the hand therapy clinic, who share the main reception.  

The position will be the sole administration person at the Ballina clinic and will report to the practice manager of GC hand therapy on the coast.  They would also report to the visiting surgeon and be responsible for his patient billing, operation and consultation bookings.  

The position requires an applicant that is efficient, friendly and displays attention to detail.

Your tasks will include:
o Front office reception duties including greeting patients, phone triaging, accounts and bookings
o EFTPOS and Hicaps transactions
o Cliniko software application
o Typing doctor's letters
o Workcover invoicing
o Other basic office tasks including scanning.

Reception experience is preferred. Applicants must be non-smokers. 

The position will commence as part-time permanent (with a 4 month trial period) at approximately 16-20 hours per week, but increased hours maybe required, in the future.  Pay rate commensurable with previous experience. 

The applicant must be able to work between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday.

Applicant must be able to start immediately.
