Customer Service Contact Centre

  • Inbound roles based in the CBD
  • Immediate start | $30ph + Super
  • 3 month contract with capacity to extend

This established insurance organisation committed to customer service, foster a great working culture with a strong team focus. Due to an influx in work they now seek 2 X experienced Customer Service Officers to join their CBD based team.

about the role
Initially a 3 month contract reporting to the CS Manager, these roles will see the successful candidates responsible for managing incoming calls, providing suitable advice or transferring to the appropriate internal department.

about you
Motivated with a strong customer service focus and the ability to listen, you have an empathetic nature and a general commitment to helping others. With demonstrated experience working in a call / contact centre environment, you have the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and systems.
