Recruitment Administrator

Due to continued growth and success, our recruitment team are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to assist the team with delivering to our customers and contractors an exceptional service. Part time position 3-4 days per week (flexible) with an immediate start.

The Role:

This role plays a key part to the successful delivery of our National Recruitment team. You will be required to ensure that the engagement of customers and contractors meets our process requirements.

What You Will Do:

  • Working with our resourcing team to ensure candidate engagement
    • Assisting with job advertisements
    • Conducting reference checks
    • Preparation of CV’s
    • Telephone follow up of candidates and contractors
  • Assisting with payment process of contractor timesheets
  • Responsible for monitoring and actioning the administrative recruitment process, including candidate care, skill coding, contract paperwork and candidate testing.

You Will Be Able To Bring To The Role:

  • Ability to manage a number of complex tasks ensuring a high level of attention to detail within strict timeframes
  • Effective negotiation and problem resolution skills to achieve win/win situations
  • Demonstrated personal qualities of initiative, tact, discretion, confidentiality and accuracy
  • Integrity in dealing with personnel, customer and supplier issues
  • Total commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Experience in recruitment admin (Desirable)
  • Experience with databases and all MS Office suite products preferably Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience or knowledge of recruitment databases, ERP, CRM eg Salesforce
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
