Change and Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Lifeline is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.

The Change and Stakeholder Engagement Manager role is responsible for supporting and ensuring projects (change initiatives) are effectively delivered within the context of Lifeline’s complex stakeholder environment. Critical to this is the assessment and effective management of the impact of change.
Reporting to the National Manager Member Engagement and working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and subject matter experts, the role supports key projects within Lifeline Australia’s Digital Transformation Strategy and other change initiatives that impact on key stakeholders.
Working to a defined methodology and framework the role will develop and implement change management strategies and plans as well as oversee tactical implementation (design, development, delivery) of communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
The role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills.

The employment / contract period is 12 Months

Education requirements:
Tertiary qualification in communications, change management, stakeholder engagement or related field/s is desirable.

Experience Requirements:
• Experience of relevant change management tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated experience managing change initiatives
• Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders

• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain strong, productive working relationships
