Administration Assistant

This CBD located Health Insurance company is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to provide support to the team for an initial period of one month

This opportunity is an immediate start and the successful candidate will ideally possess the below experience and skills.

Key Responcibilities

  • Responsible for the data integrity and compliance of systems and processes
  • Managing data efficiently and accurately within all systems
  • Analysing and effectively handling exceptions and various reports
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to create and validate reports
  • Taking over the phone queries and directing according to escalation process

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administration role - medical administration experience desirable
  • Highly skilled with backoffices and computer systems
  • High attention to detail and analysis skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
