Accounts Administration Clerk/Front Desk Reception

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will pre-dominantly be responsible for Accounts Administration as well as account reconciliations and all other Administration functions in our day to day workings of our Toyota Motor Vehicle Dealership.

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills

Extensive experience using Pentana ERA system

A sound understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable  and General Ledger Reconciliations  as well as  general automotive administration.

As this role is based at the Front Desk Reception the successful applicant will need to have a Happy and Pleasant phone manner as well  the ability to meet and welcome all of our  Guests in our Toyota Showroom displaying Professionalism and Respect on all occasions.


Exceptional Time Management skills, proactive in continually improving systems to stream-line processes, able to meet deadlines as well as the ability to multi-task.  Email your current resume to arrange a confidential interview.
