Are you currently in a busy customer facing role requiring administrative skills, or in a retail/hospitality role? Do you enjoy delivering a wide range of services in a busy environment and working in a small team?
Workspace365 is a network of Serviced Offices and are currently seeking a receptionist for our CBD location.
As a Client Service Representative you will be responsible for -
- Meeting and greeting existing and potential clients
- Booking meeting rooms, hot desks, business lounge access memberships
- Providing administrative support to our clients
A keen eye for detail is a component of this role as well as punctuality and a positive attitude.
Duties & Responsibilities
Telephone Answering and Support- Answering calls for a number of different clients. Training provided.
Front of Office- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors. Mail and meeting room management.
Visual Presentation- Ensuring the centre is clean and tidy and ready for all scheduled events for the day. Managing and setting up meeting rooms.
Customer Relations- Supporting clients and potential clients, managing client requests and ensuring all events/ bookings are in order.
Daily Administration- Ensuring all charges are in the system correctly, managing payments and various other administration duties as required.
Skills & Experience
Corporate Customer Service or Hospitality Front Desk experience is preferred - minimum of 2 years.
Telephone Answering experience highly regarded.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Mail Management required.
Typing speed - 50 wpm
Spelling proficiency imperative
