This opportunity is perfect for someone wanting to further develop their administration skills and expand on their already strong customer service experience. You will provide administrative support to a small team and provide exceptional customer service to the existing client base. 
This includes:

  • Attend to incoming phone calls and email queries
  • Distribute assessment reports and invoices to the correct parties
  • Set up new assessment files and maintain existing files
  • Recommend and follow up clients for payment of outstanding repair invoices
  • Assist management with documenting processes and procedures

 
I am looking for someone who is wanting to begin their career and develop within a growing organisation or someone that enjoys supporting a friendly team to ensure business objectives are met. You will be a highly motivated, positive, collaborative individual that loves helping others. You will pride yourself on your exceptional customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You will be proficient with the Microsoft Suite, have strong attention to detail and ideally at least 6 months’ administration or extensive customer service experience.
