Our Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division is currently seeking to appoint a full-time Industry Employment Consultant.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for a person with a training, education or mentoring background wanting to further develop their career. Reporting to the National Field Operations Manager, the primary objective of this role is to support employers and ensure that the apprentices and trainees complete and qualify. 

Current driver licence and a proficient level of computer literacy is required.

Selection Criteria:

  • demonstrated experience in effective Account Management
  • effective experience in managing the placement of Australian Apprentices or Trainees
  • demonstrated experience in mentoring Australian Apprentices or Trainees throughout the contract of training
  • knowledge and understanding of Workplace, Health and Safety regulations in relation to Australian Apprentices’ site visits
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

An attractive base salary, plus a fully maintained company vehicle, smart phone, laptop, 9.5% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading will be on offer to the successful candidate.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Police Check and any State/Territory Working with Children Check (where applicable).
