Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and switched on Data Analyst to join our team at FCB Group. In this role you will be working with both FCB Group’s own internal data, providing insights and metrics to senior leadership as well as working closely with members of Professional Services team on auditing processes for our Clients. This position will provide the opportunity for the right candidate to work in a highly skilled team and the opportunity to utilise their knowledge and experiences to contribute to the success of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analysis of historical and current data presented by Clients, to produce analytical summaries and reports for audit processes conducted by the Professional Services team;
  • Provide analytics and calculation support to Professional Services team members in wage audit projects, including complex calculations to determine underpayment amounts;
  • Working closely with senior management to identify key FCB Group data and metrics;
  • Defining new data collection and analysis processes for client facing and internal stakeholders;
  • Analysing and reporting results back to the relevant members of the business;
  • Complete analytics and ad-hoc requests for other parts of the business to provide unique actionable insights on strategic and tactical business initiatives.

Your background will include:

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Experience working with large scale datasets;
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Experience with SQL would also be viewed favourably.
