As a community partner Community First Step work with the community, business and government, to strive for excellence in meeting the holistic needs of our clients through the provision of high quality supportive, recreational, cultural, sporting and welfare programs.

Our disability Services are currently being transformed, responding to NDIS and prioritising person-centred models of care. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced manager of Disability Services to lead this transformation. Executive Manager – Disability Services

Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Manager – Disability Services is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of CFS’s Disability Services. The Executive Manager will play an instrumental role in achieving CFS’s revised strategy and long term goals, including the establishment of Supported Independent Living.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have extensive experience managing a large team (10+) within the Disability sector, tertiary qualification in a related discipline and highly effective interpersonal/ communication skills, you will need to demonstrate a capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, and delivering client centred outcomes.
