Our disability Services are currently being transformed, responding to NDIS and prioritising person-centred models of care. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Coordinator of Disability Services to support this transformation. We have an exciting opportunity for a   Disability Services Coordinator to join our hardworking and supportive team on a full-time basis.


Disability Services Coordinator (Fulltime)

Reporting to the Executive Manager-Disability Services, this position is responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of varying disability programs. On a daily basis, this position will be responsible for assessing and supporting clients and their families in relation to developing best practice/high-quality programs, enabling program participants to reach their potential, addressing gaps/issues that impact negatively on program participants and/or program outcomes. In addition, this position will be accountable for the growth, expansion and development of our disability services offering and the development of our staffing body. This position will promote Community inclusion, independence, decision making and personal choice by ensuring support, with a focus on individual needs.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have extensive experience managing a team (10+) within the Disability sector, relevant qualifications in Disability, Mental Health or Welfare. You also require a current First Aid, CPR, unrestricted Driver’s License, valid Working with Children’s Check and a National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months.
