Our award-winning client, Gardens at Night, specialises in the design and installation of premium residential outdoor lighting products. Currently, the company has a rare opportunity for an experienced and motivational leader to lead one of their teams in the role of Branch Manager.
The Role

Leading a small, dedicated team, your focus will be on managing the operations of the Branch and developing the team. Working closely with Senior Management, clients and industry stakeholders you will ensure the smooth operation of many facets of the business such as but not limited to; sales, business development, internal processes, inventory and human resources. You have the opportunity to make your mark on the business by developing and improving current business processes and bringing new ideas to the table. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the day to day operations of the Branch.
  • Ensuring compliance with all procedures and maintaining a strong OHS culture.
  • Overseeing and ensuring successful sales performance and growth of the Branch.
  • Developing and implementing performance plans for the Branch sales team.
  • Servicing existing clients within the retail and trade sectors.
  • Attending industry events.
  • Achieving sales and business development KPIs for the Branch.
  • Engaging with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Reporting on monthly, annual and projected financials.
  • Participating in lighting design consultations.
  • Advising clients on appropriate products for projects.
  • Recruitment and development of Branch team members.
About You
You are an experienced leader, having previously successfully managed and developed a team. You are comfortable working in a small, close-knit team and are happy to roll up your sleeves and get into the nitty-gritty whenever required. You enjoy the challenge of managing multiple operations simultaneously and are constantly looking to identify areas for improvement of business processes.
Your strong communication skills ensure you can effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders and have a passion for delivering the highest quality of customer experience. You will use your knowledge and understanding of lighting, design, architecture or the landscaping industry to support the team in developing meaningful solutions for each of our clients.
With a strong understanding of business goals and setting, and achieving, KPIs, you can confidently implement development plans of your team and are excited about motivating others to grow.
