Royal Mail Hotel is part of Spirit Hotels.  We operate over 70 hotels in Queensland with small portfolios in Western Australia, South Australia and New South Wales.  Our pubs feature some of the best bars, restaurants, fast casual dining options and gaming rooms across Australia and our core purpose is to operate 'Great Pubs Locals Love'.

Royal Mail Hotel is located on the northern end of the Sunshine Coast in the suburb of Tewantin. Situated by the Noosa River, Royal Mail Hotel remains an oasis of family friendly entertainment and affordability. The hotel features a bustling sports bar, family friendly bistro with outdoor dining, gaming room and accommodation.

What do I need to have?

We are on the lookout for a team player who is willing to work with both the front of house and kitchen team to deliver top quality food in our hotel. We challenge traditional pecking orders and our team members must inspire, collaborate and contribute to an open, honest and comfortable workplace. 

As a chef/cook you will be:

  • Passionate about food and creating exceptional dining experiences.
  • Part of our tight knit team in an exciting, fast moving environment.
  • Flexible, as you will be required to work nights and week-ends.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance.
