Business Development Manager
Our client is a global company who provide concierge, personal assistance and customer relationship engagement services including offering benefits and awards programs.  This is a B2B2C sales position responsible for driving new business within the local market and looking to expand into different industries.

Working closely with the Managing Director, Account Manager & Partnership Development Manager your duties will include:
  • Identifying new prospects from key client segments and effectively converting to clients
  • Meeting with prospective clients to outline product benefits & services
  • Identifying and executing marketing activities required to penetrate identified business segments
  • Once a prospect client is engaged, identifying and determining how you can support them in closing their current product gaps via consultative selling
  • Identifying opportunities to design new value-add services to support growth
  • Maximising cross and up-selling opportunities
  • Proposing new business strategies that increase business
  • Attending networking/industry events and conferences
  • Reporting monthly on new business opportunities
  • Accurately updating sales systems and providing timely forecasts
In addition to the above duties you will be required to travel – domestically once a month and internationally once a year.
  
To be considered for this role you will have minimum 7 years B2B Sales experience coming from ideally the banking, insurance, luxury corporation, real estate or technology sectors.  You will have the ability to work well in a team, be self-motivated and possess strong business acumen/commercial skills.  You will also have the ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner at all levels of business both internally and externally, with strong written and spoken English skills.
  
Remuneration level for this role is $110,000 + Super + Commission with OTE approximately $185,000.
