Receptionist

  • St Kilda Road Location
  • Temporary Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to start immediately with our well known client based in Melbourne's CBD off St Kilda Road. This temporary role will require you to work Monday's and Thursday for 4 weeks.

 

To be successful you must have: 

  • Sound experience as a receptionist in a professional environment, with exposure to administrative duties
  • Professional telephone skills and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • high level computer skills - MS Word and Excel
  • A current employment WWCC

 

Your responsibilities in this role will include: 

  • Answering phones, redirecting calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Sorting, opening and stamping inward mail
  • Maintaining the event booking database ensuring all functions are appropriately booked
  • Preparing rosters to ensure that reception is appropraitely covered at all times
  • Other Ad-hoc duties such as stationary, tea and coffee orders
