The Opportunity
We are now seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Port Pirie Residential Facility on a Fixed term part time basis (contract ending 4 February 2020) with possibility of casual hours after the contact ends. The Administration Assistant is part of a team focused on assisting residents to maintain a high quality of life. They achieve this by providing friendly and efficient clerical and administrative support to the facility.
Reporting to the Residential Services Manger, the role provides administrative support to senior staff in the residential care facility. The Administration Assistant also plays a key role in the provision of information about available services to clients of the facility and members of the public. 

Your experience
As the successful candidate you will possess the following:
/ Experience in a similar support administration role
/ Good time management skills including the ability to prioritise work, use initiative and work with minimal supervision.
/ High level of communication skill both written, and verbal is essential.
