The Role!

This is a residential position that combines administrative duties with  technical / service support. In this newly created role the successful candidate will be a vital link between our customers, the Branch Manager and technicians. They will ensure jobs are completed in a timely and cost effective manner.

Key responsibilities of the role are: 

  • Schedule field and workshop repairs;
  • Open, maintain and close work orders;
  • Complete service and repair estimates;
  • Manage expenses to remain within budget guidelines;
  • Customer enquiries;
  • Actively participate with toolbox meetings and promote communication within the branch;
  • Adhere to all OH&S policies.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Sound mechanical aptitude;
  • Outstanding customer service skills;
  • Intermediate computer literacy across the MS Office suite;
  • Experience with SAP an advantage;
  • Current Driver's licence.
