We have 5 Full-time Seasonal Resort Services Officer positions to fill within our Retail and Equipment Rental team.

If you love the outdoors and working with a positive, hard working team then come and join us at Mt Baw Baw!

The right candidate will be responsible for creating memorable moments for our guests, from first to last impressions, delivering exceptional customer service and providing the WOW factor that is Mt. Baw Baw. You will have a proven history working in face-to-face customer service roles, display a strong sense of commitment to customer service, team camaraderie, impeccable attention to detail and the compassion to deliver our values.

All roles are required to have flexibility with working in other departments, depending on skills. Flexibility to work weekends is also required.

Your day will typically involve:

  • Greeting and welcoming our guests
  • Assisting customers to ensure they are fitted with the correct ski or snowboard hire equipment
  • Complaint handling and resolution
  • Ensuring daily front desk tasks are actioned and completed
  • Attend to guest enquiries, requests and follow up if required

What we need from you:

  • Customer service experience in a similar role
  • Confident and skilled with computer software and POS systems
  • Team oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Have a pleasant and out going personality
  • Value and understand the importance of safety in the workplace
  • Be willing to extend to further duties to ensure seamless delivery of customer experience
  • Available to work weekends
  • Previous alpine industry experience is advantageous but not necessary

  • The rate will be as per the SARMB EA 2018, Band 1; between $21.60p/h & 27.17p/h.
