Account Manager - Contract Brands

About the role

Reporting to the Group General Manager – Commercial, this role will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with contract brand customers, to deliver the required sales and margin KPI’s.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enhancing our relationship with key business managers and relevant contract brand customers;
  • Maintaining customer relationships and professionally representing the Company within the portfolio of contacts;
  • Managing and exceeding planned sales and revenue targets;
  • Management of forecasting models and internal sales data; and
  • Preparing, presenting and implementing business plans to key Business Managers and contract brand customers.

About you

You will thrive working in an agile environment and be an independent self-start ready to take on your next challenge. Additionally, you will have: 

  • Previous 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded but not essential;
  • The ability to manage the critical tasks on a daily basis to deliver required outcomes;
  • Strong hands on approach and can do attitude;
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise; and
  • Strong commercial acumen.
