RETIREMENT VILLAGE MANAGER

Karidis Retirement Villages is a proudly South Australian owned and operated business. Our aim is to create well-designed retirement villages in great locations that provide the ultimate in independence, combined with the strong bonds of community life.

We currently have over 500 independent living units across 12 sites in South Australia and Victoria.

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Village Manager, who has a caring nature that will encourage open communication and a respect for the culture that has been built in our retirement communities.  A team player with the ability to build a long-term rapport and relationship with prospects and future residents. 

As the Village Manager you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across the Village, creating a positive, safe and people focussed culture, delivering performance and creating the best village and lifestyle solutions for our residents and their families.

Key responsibilities include;

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar village manager role

  • Able to review financial reports supported by basic accounting / budgeting skills

  • Liaising with residents, trades & service providers

  • Knowledge and experience of and ensuring compliance with retirement village legislation

  • Have the ability to assist in the sales process of new and re-marketed units

The successful candidate:

  • Neat and professional appearance

  • Solid background within a similar role

  • Strong communication and people management skills

  • Customer service approach operating with a high level of integrity at all times

  • Computer literacy

  • Current drivers licence

  • A valid Police Certificate
