Salesforce Administrator

Online Education Services (OES)

The role

The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with key internal stakeholders to drive the successful set up and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform while liaising with third party providers. As a key platform to managing students internally, the role plays a major part in enabling teams to deliver the highest level of customer service and student experience possible. We are looking for an absolute team player with a can do attitude

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce administration and support
  • Process review and streamlining
  • Deliver ongoing Salesforce enhancements
  • Identify and implement Salesforce workflow improvements
  • Ensure data issues are identified and root cause addressed
  • Webform administration, support and development
  • Liaising with third party development teams
  • Functionality walk-through for existing and new staff

Must have's

  • 2+ years of relevant Salesforce Administration experience
  • Tertiary qualifications or industry certifications
  • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification required (ADM 201)
  • Commercial acumen & the ability to build strong internal relationships
  • Salesforce development experience an advantage

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience utilising Agile, especially Kanban 
  • Visual Force and APEX experience
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate to a non-technical audience 
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud
  • Demonstrated initiative, proactivity & flexibility
  • High level organisational skills, including ability to prioritise
  • Experience in process mapping highly regarded
  • Experience in Data cleansing / reconciling highly regarded
