Microsoft Traineeship Program Officer

Our Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division is currently seeking to appoint a full-time Microsoft Traineeship Program Officer to be based in our Haymarket Office.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for a person with a training, education or mentoring background wanting to further develop their career. Reporting to the National Field Operations Manager, this newly created position manages a caseload of IT trainees on behalf of a large global technology client. 

Your experience within Australian Apprentices and Traineeship system and exposure to the mentoring and pastoral care of young adults (18-25) is ideal.

Experience in the Group training model (GTO) and/or 'after placement' candidate care industries will be highly regarded.

Current driver licence and a proficient level of computer literacy is required.

Selection Criteria:

  • demonstrated experience in effective Account Management
  • effective experience in managing the placement of Australian Apprentices or Trainees
  • demonstrated experience in mentoring Australian Apprentices or Trainees throughout the contract of training
  • knowledge and understanding of Workplace, Health and Safety regulations in relation to Australian Apprentices’ site visits
  • outstanding communication and inter personal skills.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Police Check and any State/Territory Working with Children Check (where applicable).
