Territory Manager Fluid Connectors

PARKER HANNIFIN Australia's only single source supplier of fluid power and fluid connector products currently has an opportunity for a Territory Manager to support their client network and distributors in Queensland. The role will be based in Brisbane and will require extensive travel.

General Characteristics:

Market Parker Connector products in defined geographic territory, using Direct Sales involving face-to-face contact with customers.

Representative Activities:

  • Promote the sale of Hose & Fittings products through direct representation and in a support role for Distributor Sales personnel
  • Develop an understanding of customer's needs by examining their operations and function, and working toward Parker product introduction/usage
  • Demonstrate the technical features and advantages of products to customers and potential customers

 

 Qualifications/Education:

  • Trade certificate in mechanical engineering
  • Higher studies in Management / Marketing preferred

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in motion and control industry preferred
  • Field Sales essential

Special Skills:

  • Premier Customer Service qualities
  • Excellent communication skills proven at all level
  • Strong Relationship Builder
  • Solution Provider
  • Presentation Skills
  • Technical Ability
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications
