The opportunity


We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Network Resilience & Sustainability to be a part of our Asset Management Division within Sydney Trains. As Manager Network Resilience & Sustainability you will provide advice and support the development and implementation of policies, strategies and plans to assist Sydney Trains in building its capability to improve network sustainability and critical infrastructure resilience.


You will closely liaise with other Directorates to provide expertise & strategic advice to inform ongoing policy implementation. As a trusted advisor, you will further manage senior committees & represent the Engineering and Maintenance Directorate in key forums & work groups by collaborating with a wide range of key stakeholders.


To be considered for this role you must have relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental / sustainability management, engineering or a related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience.


As Manager Network Resilience & Sustainability you are required to have excellent communication skills, superior stakeholder management experience including the ability to influence and negotiate.
