We currently have a vacancy in our impulse channel in the Gold Coast area and are seeking an experienced sales representative who has a strong track record of exceeding targets and is hungry to develop new business.

About Tru Blu Beverages – 1 in 6 beverages sold in Australia are manufactured by Tru Blu making us a leading manufacturer in the industry.  The company is proudly 100% Australian owned and manufactures family favourite brand names including Waterfords, Pub Squash, LA Ice and Angostura Lemon Lime Bitters plus many more.  We supply a full suite of products to all retailer types from traditional corner stores to the large supermarket chains.

We have seen significant growth over the past 5 years and are positioned for further growth as we continue to broaden our range and step into new markets.  As a manufacturer we are very responsive to market trends and are at the cutting edge of new product development.

About the role

  • Develop relationships to grow existing accounts in the impulse/convenience channel (General Route, Food Service, HORECA, P&C and Education Sectors).
  • Identify, cultivate and convert new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales and distribution budgets
  • Manage debtors

To be successful in this role you will need

  • Strong sales skills with track record of exceeding budgets and KPI’s
  • Competitive nature with ambition to be number 1
  • Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Motivated by hitting targets and achieving goals
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to plan your day/month with coverage of existing customers and new business opportunities

Field based sales experience is essential.  FMCG experience would be beneficial but above all we are looking for someone who has the right attitude and is hungry for success.
