This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a small, close knit fin-tech company who are experiencing rapid growth. Our client is seeking a bright, energetic and professional Office All Rounder with top interpersonal skills to take ownership of this newly created position coordinating and supporting the team. Enjoy the modern offices close to the CBD boasting harbour views.

Your responsibilities with include:
  • Handling phones
  • Meeting & greeting
  • Assisting with client enquires
  • PA duties including email management & travel arrangements
  • Office maintenance
  • General administration support
  • Filing & scanning
  • Ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years office experience in a similar role and will be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible to apply.  You will have excellent MS Office skills and be highly organised with excellent personal presentation.

A salary guide is up to $70,000 package (dependent on experience).
