Enrolment Officer with responsibility for Enrolments and Reception

Court Grammar School, previously known as Serpentine Jarrahdale Grammar School, is a growing Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12, Independent co-educational school in the Anglican tradition located in Mundijong.

Our aim is to build a sense of belonging with the necessary frameworks to allow our students to feel valued and included in all facets of learning.

We are looking for a suitably qualified, highly motivated and enthusiastic full time Enrolments Officer who also shares Reception duties.

Selection Criteria:

The successful candidate will:

  • Oversee and manage the entire enrolments process for students
  • Prepare student related documents
  • Prepare weekly enrolments report for the management team
  • Data entry of all new student enrolments
  • Reception duties as required
  • Other administration duties as instructed by the Principal or Business Manager
  • Have a demonstrated capacity for taking initiative and undertake self-directed work with minimal supervision.
  • Be well organised, accurate, creative and innovative with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Have a flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in interactions with other staff, students and parents
  • Work co-operatively in a team environment, and
  • Support the Christian ethos of the school

Highly desirable:

  • Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office, Maze and SEQTA would be advantageous
  • At least 5 years previous experience in student enrolment
  • Demonstrated integrity coupled with a strong work ethic
