CHESS Connect is a leading regional human services organisation that supports local people with a range of employment, disability and mentorship services.

Based in our Grafton office, we are excited to be recruiting a Recruitment Partner within our Disability Employment Services (DES) team.

In this role you will be focused on finding employment outcomes for jobseekers living with disability by identifying opportunities and securing placements. Successful applicants will build and maintain effective relationships with local employers and develop a solid understanding of people centred case management practices.

  • Effective and engaging interpersonal skills
  • Confident, articulate and professional communication abilities

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable work style
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Drivers licence 

Desirable:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience 
  • Experience in the recruitment industry
  • Experience in sales or marketing
  • Candidates will also be required to have a working with Children's check & Police Check prior to commencement
