Territory Account Manager

With various facilities in Australia and New Zealand we are market leaders in the manufacture, supply and export of precision cutting tools and accessories, servicing Australian and International Markets. The company has an aggressive investment strategy to support ongoing research and development programs to produce "World Class" precision cutting tools and is geared for continuous growth. Due to continued growth, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Territory Account Manager to develop our brands, manage and achieve sales and expense budgets, maximise business and develop customer relationships.  You will ideally have formal sales experience in a related sales environment and a trade background. 

The successful applicant will be accountable for:

  • Account managing and servicing existing Retail Distributor  customers by establishing long term relationships and providing technical product support
  • Business development - targeting potential new Distribution customers 
  • Establishing greater product awareness through Distribution communication
  • Maintaining and achieving budget expectations

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated person to contribute to the company's growth strategy in Queensland. To be successful you will have:

  • Proven track record in a sales territory management position within a retail/trade industry
  • Previous customer relationship management experience
  • Proven experience in servicing  Distributors and End Users
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
