We offer the services of Plan Management and Support Coordination to NDIS participants.
 
Plan Management makes it easier to manage NDIS funds by freeing our customers from the time-consuming daily admin tasks and keeping them up-to-date on their expenditure.
 
Support Coordination with Plan Partners involves working closely with our customers to understand their needs and goals, connect them with people and services who can contribute meaningfully to achieve unique goals as we help navigate through the complexities of the NDIS.

Your Role ...
As a Customer Service Officer, you will join Customer Service team and provide national support to the Plan Partners team, working closely with our people in the other states.
 
You will answer all enquiries coming in through our 1300 number and emails sent to our general email addresses. These can involve any kind of enquiry, from parents looking for support with the execution of their child's NDIS plan, a service provider enquiring about the status of an invoice to a customer who has a question whether their NDIS budget funds their therapy sessions. You will also assist the Plan Partners' team with administrative tasks and a seamless onboarding of new customers and service providers.

Success is...
  • Highly developed communication skills (vocal and written), with people from all different backgrounds
  • Passion to work with people with diverse abilities, requirements and goals; and translating complex concepts so they can be easily understood
  • Solid general administration and MS Office skills
  • Proficient use of Client Management Systems
  • Ability to thrive in a changing, ambiguous environment
  • Preferred, but not essential: Solid understanding of the disability sector, and some exposure to NDIS
