Leading Enterprise and Government Telecommunications Company located in South Melbourne is seeking to employ a new team member to work in our busy help desk provisioning environment. This is a varied role which incorporates Mobile and Fixed telecommunication provisioning, general customer support requests together with Bill Management and other reporting duties.
Assisting with other members of the help desk team you will be providing an exceptional customer service to our existing client base. Your daily duties will involve processing of orders and customer requests, providing administrative support to our sales team, creation of reports as requested together with a vast array of variable administration duties through out your day.
To be considered for this position you must have excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with exceptional computer, excel and literacy skills. You should have a proven ability to work through customer inquiries and resolve problems in a professional manner.
Applicants with a passion for technology change who pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service and possess analytical reporting skills who are prepared to work hands on in a varying environment will be considered for this position.
This role will demand you are a confident person who can clearly receive and relay instructions.
On the job training is provided however previous Telstra experience in Mobile and Fixed provisioning will certainly be an advantage.
