Your new role
The Executive Director Corporate Services and Governance will lead the implementation of the organisations strategy and oversee the corporate and financial governance of the organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and develop a large team responsible for Finance, Assets and Facilities, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Information Technology, Project Management Office, Business Intelligence and Strategic Reporting. This diverse role leading a geographically dispersed team, with a number of functions being established from the ground up following the recent mergers of the Alzheimer’s Australia state bodies, this is an outstanding opportunity for you to join this leading organisation at an exciting time.

What you'll need to succeed
You will boast an impressive Senior Finance background in medium to large sized organisations and significant experience leading cross-functional and multi-jurisdictional teams. Thorough understanding of project management and governance and significant experience and success leading change and implementing business transformation.
Additionally you will offer proven experience leading strategic planning, risk management and mitigation and the capacity to problem solve, innovate, influence, plan and prioritise at an Executive level.
Relevant tertiary qualifications include: CA, CPA, MBA.
