Recruitment Consultant

About the Role:

This is your opportunity to work for our Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division.

Reporting to the Direct Manager, you will recruit candidates to be placed with host employers within a range of industry sectors in addition to sourcing new vacancies through reverse marketing.

This will involve managing the vacancy and completing the employer specification, candidate sourcing, placement and management of the candidate for the first month of employment and all associated administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process.

Please note, this is a full-time fixed-term role commencing 08 April 2019 and ending 08 October 2019.

Selection Criteria:

  • proven experience with high volume end to end recruitment functions within a range of industry sectors
  • comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
  • detailed knowledge of job offer processes and related industry regulations
  • ability to effectively market and promote MEGT Group Training to industry stakeholders
  • outstanding communication and inter personal skills.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Police Check and any State/Territory Working with Children Check (where applicable).
