EXPERIENCED MEDICAL RECEPTIONISTS / ADMINISTRATION OFFICERS

To facilitate the growth of our Cancer Care centres at St Leonards and Frenchs Forest, we require dynamic, dedicated, efficient, self-motivated, hard-working & friendly people who possess exceptional organisational, communication and presentation skills to take up the composite role of Medical Receptionists / Administration Officers.

You will be working with a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team of specialist doctors, nurses and other medical personnel providing Cancer Services. Consequently, the successful applicant is required to confidently interact with patients and associated personnel at all levels. Duties include answering the telephone, appointment scheduling, data entry, accounts, banking, post, Medicare and health fund liaison, quality coordination and general administration duties.

Substantive knowledge and experience with MS Word and Excel is needed. Medical terminology as well as a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high volume medical practice is a must.
