Our client has a complex and diverse portfolio in the engineering, infrastructure and defence related space. They are currently seeking a Contract Management Officer with a baseline clearance to join their team in Cairns.

 

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Contract administration and any ad hoc contract requirements;
  • Support and process Contract Change Proposals including the development of all associated procurement documentation;
  • Management of all corporate records
  • Support development and implementation of strategic guidance with respect to contract administration and management;

 

Skills Required:

  • Experience and qualifications in commercial, finance and business support fields will be highly regarded, whilst Engineering / Technical skills / Qualifications will also be an advantage.
  • Effective communication and commercial acumen are required.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications including MS Word and Excel. Able to produce consistent documents based on agreed templates and ensure strict formats produced. (Styles and Formatting).
