Accounts Receivable Officer

Full Time, Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm

Our Australian office is based in Norwest Business Park, Bella Vista, and we are seeking a dynamic and professional Accounts Receivable Officer to join our small and highly efficient team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of cash receipts, rebate claims and monthly reconciliations
  • Attend to any customer queries, both over the phone and email
  • Processing new credit applications/credit increase applications
  • Assessment of customer risk, credit analysis
  • Proactively suggesting and supporting improvements and efficiency in the business
  • Other general administrative tasks as required, including reconciliation of transport charges

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant phone manner
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Maintain high level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team


Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar accounts receivable/credit control position. This role would suit a very organised, proactive and flexible individual who is driven by customer satisfaction and has strong experience in multi-tasking and time management.

This is a permanent, full time position (Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.00pm) and in-house training will be provided as necessary.  We offer excellent working conditions, modern offices with great amenities and under-cover, secure parking.
