Enrolments Officer

Coomera Anglican College was established in 1997 and is a leading Preparatory to Year 12 co-educational day school with over 1400 students.  The College Purpose is to Inspire Excellence in Teaching, Learning, Service and Faith.   

Being one of the first points of contact, the Enrolments Officer is the face of the College, when dealing with families who are making the decision of where to educate their children.  This challenging and busy role is a full time permanent position that is required to work during term breaks.

About the role:

  • Oversee and manage the entire enrolments process for students, including international enrolments
  • Prepare student related documents
  • Data entry of all new student enrolments
  • Predict, plan and advise the Principal of future enrolments
  • Effectively manage waitlists and ensure that student numbers are optimised for each year group over the College
  • Maintain enrolment numbers through encouraging enquiries, visits, applications and admissions
  • Conduct tours for potential students/families
  • Manage international enrolments to ensure compliance with CRICOS requirements

About you:

  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Be a team player who is highly motivated and adaptable
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office, experience in TASS would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in student enrolment or a similar environment
  • Demonstrated integrity coupled with a strong work ethic
  • Exceptional presentation
