Intrix IT has over 15 years' experience in the IT industry. We are an Australian owned private company delivering superior IT support, Managed Services, Cloud Solutions and Consulting to SME clients. We are located in Moorebank, Sydney (1 minute from the M5 and M7). As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Managed Services Consultant - Level 2 to join our innovative Sydney team on a permanent basis. This role will support our key clients from our Office.
Ideally you will have worked with a Managed Services provider and will have a minimum 2 years + experience.
This is a position that will see you engage directly with our clients both remote and onsite at their offices, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and the highest level of technical assistance.
You will work closely with our internal team to ensure key SLAs are met and the customer experience is exceptional.
Your day to day responsibilities:
1st through to 2nd level IT support using ConnectWise Manage, Automate and Control.
Ability to solve simple to complex, high-impact challenges faced by the customer in a timely and efficient manner.
Proactive consultancy, root cause analysis, problem management and regular maintenance activities across a varied range of technologies, including Virtualisation, Storage, Office 365, Cloud and Networking covering switching and firewalls, Internet and Telephony.
Deliver excellence in customer service, provide a high level of technical assistance, while adhering to service level agreements.
Experience with project upgrades and/or migration.
What skills you will bring to the team:
Articulate and assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and face to face.
Strong Managed Services platform experience.
Strong hands on experience with Microsoft solutions, cloud solutions including backup and internet security, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, patching, etc.
Excellent problem solving and Time Management skills.
Demonstrable Industry based technical skills such as with Microsoft platforms.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across numerous enterprises is essential.
Working knowledge of hardware platforms including HP and Dell.
Interpersonal and written communications skills are to be exceptional.
Attention to detail is a must as is your ability to liaise confidently with clients.
Ability to work in a billable per hour environment.
