A temporary receptionist required on the Gold Coast with a respected residential construction company

Your new company
This organisation manages residential projects right from initial land acquisition through to the complete close of construction. Their foundation is based on providing a quality, first-class service to their clients and making sure they are left with a faultless end result.

Your new role
Being the ‘face’ of the company you will be immaculately presented and have superior communication skills to aid in liaising with each client on the construction and handover of their property. You will work closely the construction and contract administration team and be supported directly by the Operations Manager. You will have formerly accumulated a strong set of skills within the office support sector, previous experience with building and construction projects will be advantageous.

What you'll need to succeed
Your ability to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously will lead to your success. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills are essential to complete your day to day tasks effectively. Candidates who have utilised construction CRM’s or workflow management programs will be of a distinct advantage for this role. From following up with clients for outstanding documentation, to conducting general administration duties - time efficiency and organisation is key.
