This stunning natural stone is then turned into Kitchen Benchtops, Splashbacks and other gorgeous feature pieces.

With a national presence and QLD office located in Labrador, they continue to experience incredible year on year growth and are not planning to stop any time soon. The company has 3 core divisions (Stone, Machinery and Tools & Equipment).

This is a company that supplies premium products, delivers premium customer experiences and has a premium and highly engaged team, so it only makes sense that we are looking for a premium individual to join this incredible team and support the sales function.

This means not only will you be the face of the company within Queensland for both face to face and over the phone customers, you will also be the glue that keeps the team together and on track.

 You enjoy having a variety of things on the go at any given time and flipping between gears of administration, customer service and providing team support. Needless to say, your organisation and strong attention to detail skills are the envy of most.

About the Role
   
You will be located in Labrador you will add significant value by:
  • Assisting clients with their selection and showcasing beautiful natural stone and materials from architects to designers right through to tradies and stonemasons
  • Supporting the sales teams with their customers, orders and product needs
  • Answering phone enquiries and providing a customer experience like no other
  • Assisting with the purchase and holding of products and materials
  • Assisting with phone enquiries and providing a customer experience like no other
  • Ordering products and materials and following up on expected timeframes
  • Keeping customers up to date with expected delivery times
  • Following up with orders that have been placed, yet not finalised
   
What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience within customer service and administration
  • Professional presentation skills (first impressions count right)
