ABOUT THE ROLE

Currently undertaking a progressive growth and development phase, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Fleet Sales Consultant to join this exceptional team.

This key sales position will see you specialising in promoting our industry leading products and services including operating leases, chattel mortgages and novated leases, to a broad range of national businesses and clients.

Responding to quality inbound leads, building rapport with prospective clients, offering custom fit vehicle finance solutions and seeing them through to successful conversion this predominantly phone-based role could be the ideal sales position for you.

Duties will include:

  • Qualifying inbound leads in a highly responsive manner
  • Acting as a sound advisor to clients on the best suited vehicle finance products including operating leases, novated leases and chattel mortgages
  • Promptly responding to quotes and managing all progress, leads and opportunities through our integrated CRM system
  • Processing and tracking new client applications from quoting through to implementation
  • Making outbound calls to generate and win new business
  • Developing existing relationships, identifying and converting additional sales opportunities
  • Attending ad-hoc client meetings and presentations and supporting client requirements
  • Meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered, you will demonstrate:  

  • Keen interest in Automotive, Vehicle Finance, Fleet Management and related industries
  • Working knowledge of Operating and Novated Leasing
  • Experience in an outbound sales, call centre, dealership environment or similar
  • Proven track record in, B2B and B2C sales
  • Genuine passion to not only meet but regularly exceed KPIs and targets
  • Highly responsive, dedicated and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexible approach to working hours, available weekends and after hours as required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication and selling style, able to adapt to a broad range of clients
  • Confident IT skills including MS Office and Salesforce or similar CRM system
