We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to assist a high-level coordinator one day a week. This role provides an opportunity for a switched-on Administrator. There may be the opportunity for extra ad-hoc work as required and after hours work one night every two months to assist with taking minutes at meetings.
To be successful for this role you must have:
- Prior data entry experience
- Excellent data entry skills with a sound knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent time management skills combined with a strong attention to detail
- Strong and accurate typing skills
- Demonstrated capability in working independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Inputting large volumes of data
- Cross checking data
- Updating records
- General administration duties
