Our client is seeking a Technical Support Developer who is extremely passionate about fixing bugs. This is a robust and high volume role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring our client's live systems are working seamlessly and thus bug free. You will be providing support and solutions to the Customer Service Team requests, maintaining a backlog of reported issues and collaborating with Developers and Product Teams on fixing issues, adding to technical documentation and effectively communicating technical problems to non-technical stakeholders. 

Specifically, you will have:-
  • Mid-Level Development experience 
  • Back-End experience in C#, .Net Core,  ASP.NET MVC, SQL and TQL 
  • Technical documentation, research and reporting background
  • Strong written and verbal skills 
  • Collaborative and organised approach
  • A ''bigger picture and fix it'' mentality with the ability to prioritise the team goals above all else
